FRINGE EVENT: Swindon Brass Band

Old Town Festival - Wood Street Party

Start your Sunday with free outdoor yoga sessions in the peaceful surroundings of Queen’s Park. Running every Sunday morning from May through to September, these welcoming sessions are suitable for all abilities, whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular yogi. Enjoy fresh air, gentle movement and a chance to relax and recharge in the heart of the community. Sessions begin at 9:30am and are completely free to attend.
FRINGE EVENT: St Fian live at The Castle
Experience an unforgettable evening of haunting folk music as acclaimed South West duo St Fian return to Swindon following their standout performance at The Pulpit earlier this year. Blending rich storytelling with raw, traditional folk influences, their beautifully crafted songs explore folklore, history and the human experience with warmth, emotion and intensity. Taking place at The Castle in Old Town, this intimate live show begins at 8:30pm. Entry is free, with donations welcomed to support the artists and live music.

FRINGE EVENT: Jazz Night at The Royal Oak
Jazz Knights presents an exceptional evening of live jazz at the Royal Oak in Old Town, bringing together four of the UK’s most celebrated musicians for a world-class performance. Featuring saxophonist Derek Nash, pianist David Newton, bassist Dave Green and drummer Sebastiaan de Krom, the night promises dazzling musicianship, improvisation and timeless jazz classics in an intimate setting.
