Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
For purchasing either a Friends of Old Town Card or an Old Town Business Association Membership
We use the information that you have given us in order to process your card order, process subscription payments, email card members with newsletters (for those that opt in).

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on the Squarespace Cloud.
We keep name, address, email for the period of active subscription. We will then dispose your information by once a subscription is cancelled.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
