A guided walk to explore a range of history within 1 mile of Old Town – Jurassic, Stone Age, medieval to modern. Total distance 1 ¾ miles. The route includes the old railway line south of Old Town, and returns via the Town Gardens back to The Wheatsheaf, by 8.30 pm (well before sunset).
