Devizes Road ready for summertime pop-up food and drink street trading as gas company close road for 3 months

Old Town’s Devizes Road is set for a major infrastructure upgrade this summer as Wales & West Utilities begin essential work to replace ageing gas pipes beneath one of Old Town’s key routes. The planned road closure, approved by Swindon Borough Council, will begin at the end of June and continue in phases until the end of September.
