We occasionally use photographs and videography taken at our events for promotional purposes. If there is photography taking place on the day of your visit there will be signs to notify you and your permission will be sought before taking your photograph. Photography groups / students / hobbyists are encouraged to visit the event during quieter periods to allow additional time within the event and avoid crowds. Please note that the use of tripods is not allowed where the pathways are narrow. Please note drones are not permitted.

Accessibility

Enchanted Gardens Light Trail is an event presented within the natural landscape of Town Gardens. The trail around the Gardens is almost all on flat and tarmac surfaces however there may be some slight inclines and uneven surfaces along the route.

There will be accessible toilet facilities on site. Whilst every effort is made to make the trail fully accessible, by its very nature it will on occasion cover some difficult terrain with a number of varying gradients.

These areas can be particularly challenging during inclement weather. In these circumstances there will be additional steward support available for assistance. Should you require additional assistance during your visit with us, please contact us (in advance if possible) and we will endeavour to help with any additional requirements or information.
